We are happy to announce that as of today, BalkanMarketingStories will have the new member on the board. She will contribute to creating even more interesting, inspiring and positive stories from the Balkans and BalkanMarketingStories team wishes her a very warm welcome.


Vildana Karalić, MSc. is a recent graduate of Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic. She earned her Master’s Degree at Faculty of Economics and Administration with specialization in marketing. Currently she is living in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina where she finished her Bachelor studies at School Of Economics and Business Sarajevo, again, with specialization in marketing. Besides academia, she was active member of students NGO sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She was dealing with marketing and communications as a vice president of the AIESEC board in this country. Her activities from that period also include different seminars, international conferences where she was both delegate and lecturer. She was also part of several different training and internship programs, both on local and global level. Her enthusiasm for marketing started with the first years at the university after which she wrote her first paper on the subject of effects of Word Of Mouth. She was then awarded with a scholarship from the Government of Czech Republic to continue her master studies in Brno. After successfully rounding up that experience she did a research on neuromarketing in Bosnia and Herzegovina. As already mentioned, she is recently back to her hometown – Sarajevo, looking for future opportunities for her academic and professional development.
